Posisi:

1. Program Manager

Requirement:

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Computer Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
Min 10 years work experiences as Program Manager in IT Field or similar role.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.

Able to :

Establish the organisation’s program management framework
Develop program plans
Oversee program implementation
Manage people and organisation
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with project management tools and software.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software development lifecycle.

2. Project Manager

Requirement:

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Computer Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
Min 5 years work experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master, facilitating Agile/Scrum teams.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications.

3. Enterprise Architect

Requirement:

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Computer Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
Minimum 5 years work experience as Enterprise Architect or similar role.

Able to :

Formulate the organisation’s architecture strategy, governance, roadmap, standards, policies and procedures.
Develop architecture requirements and maintain oversight.
Manage quality and continuous improvement of architecture.
Research emerging technologies.
Design infrastructure architecture.
Experience with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman Framework.
Familiar with cloud computing and microservices architecture.
Experience with enterprise architecture tools such as BizDesign, MEGA, Abacus, Orbus or similar.

4. Software Architect

Requirement:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatic Engineering, Information System, Computer Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
Min 5 years work experience as Security Architect or in a similar role.
Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Certified Ethical Hacker).

7. Infrastructure Architect

8. Network Architect

Requirement:

9. Cloud Architect

Requirement:

Configure and deploy infrastructure.

Embed scalability into infrastructure.
Manage data, security and compliance.
Certified in relevant cloud platforms is a plus (e.g., AWS
Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect).
Strong understanding of cloud computing services, incuding IaaS, PaaS and Saas.
Knowledge of networking, security, storage concepts in a cloud environment. (Public and Private Cloud)

10. Business Analyst

Requirement:

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatic Engineering, Information System, Computer Engineering, Business Management or a related field is often preferred.
Minimum 5 years work experience in creating, developing and recommending documentation plan and software specification.

Able to :

Identify business needs, systems and requirements.
Analyse systems and propose solutions.
Develop technical specifications.
Manage the implementation of new solutions and/or enhancements.
Certified related to business analyst is a plus such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) or similar.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and how business analysis fits into the development process.
Familiar with tools commonly used in business analysis, such as flowcharting tools, project management software, and requirements gathering tools.

11. Policy and Transformation

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years work experience in policy development, implementation and compliance monitoring.
Certified related to policy and transformation is a plus such as Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Certified Public Policy Analyst (CPPA), Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, Master Black Belt) or similar.

Requirement:
