Posisi:

1. Social Media Staff

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Develop social media campaigns & KOL strategies by working together with other stakeholders and various teams
  • Utilizing social media listening tools to analyze social media campaign, content, and KOL to gather insight and action plan
  • Continually researching industry developments, competitor propositions and working closely with partner to identify opportunities in developing placement and content strategy
  • Create weekly or monthly report and recommendation based on social media content performance

Kualifikasi Minimum :
  • Candidate must own at least Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Management or DKV
  • At least 2 years related work experience
  • Strong writing, editing, and proof-reading skills with digital marketing background.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly; a strong analytical, data-driven mindset and knowledge towards social media campaign
  • Have interest in digital platforms and a willingness to learn more about this digital space
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude and a creative/innovative mind to collaborate with various team

2. Oracle DBA

Job Description :
  • Creates and maintains all databases required for development, testing, and production usage
  • Creates and maintains all Core system applications
  • Performs ongoing performance tuning of the database instances
  • Installation, and configuration of the RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL & Postgre SQL) and its tools and any other tools that access the databases
  • Monitoring & Troubleshoots with problems regarding the databases, applications, and development tools
  • Plan and implement backup and recovery of the production database
  • Monitoring sync database Oracle (Goldengate and Dataguard)
  • Manage capacity plan server applications and database

Minimum Qualifications :
  • Experienced as Oracle DBA minimum for 4 years
  • Strong knowledge and experience with SQL and relational database required (Oracle)
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Oracle Dataguard and Oracle Goldengate
  • Experience in performance tuning, database replication, and database warehousing would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language required (i.e PL/SQL, Shell script, etc)
  • Good skills in all Oracle tools and backup tools
  • Knowing Linux/Unix environment
  • Have a good attitude, fast learner and able to work as a team player

3. Account Executive

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
  • Identifying potential clients based on assigned area
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a new potential client to securing a deal
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective clients
  • Building relationships with client and internal parties
  • Handling negotiations
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment
  • Provide sales reports monthly and quarterly

Kualifikasi Minimum :
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Sales, Business Development, or a relevant position
  • Experienced in Logistic or Express company is a plus
  • Having knowledge of the latest trends and issues related to sales
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office, and having knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and able to communicate in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to maintain a strong relationship with key partners
