Qualifications :

- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Experience in using Ms Excel for daily use
- Having exposure and understanding of FMCG/beauty industry is preferable

- Requirements Acticulation : Collaborate with TA Business Partner to discern nuanced project requirements, translating them into precise skill sets and competencies essential for project success
- Talent Ecosystem Management : Maintain dynamic, meticulously organized database of talent, ecompassing skills, availability and also report
