Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to drive Tiktok logistics partner performance to ensure procedures and regulations are enforced, and continuously improve the key metrics, service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Perform in-depth market research and analysis of local e-commerce logistics industry. Cooperate with regional teams and work on end-to-end logistics solution design.
  • Drive project deployment with Tiktok cross-functional team and logistics partners.
  • Find opportunities for functional improvement by data analysis and logistic operation research.
  • Continue to drive operation improvements and innovations that are best suited for the local market.
  • Contribute to the accumulation of our core system capabilities to better serve other markets.

Qualifications:
  • Final year or recent graduate of any discipline from a reputable university
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstration of leadership and project management skills in past projects
  • Internship experience in e-commerce or having a solid understanding of the industry landscape in SEA is a plus
  • Strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred
  • A good team player, fast learner, and open to changes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in English
